Even thou we followed instruction not working at all

Item unusable( not sure if defective)

Need thorough instructions for the item and list of FAQs. Very little lead online for it. I can't use the item I received. I'm not sure if there is something wrong with thr shutter since I've loaded the film already yet everytime I press it, nothing happens, the number indicated at the top is still 1 or it's just me who doesn't know how to use it. Overall, item is unusable.
